Making a difference in the lives of children

In 2014, GPD Group established a 501(c)(3) medium named the “GPD Group Employees’ Foundation, Inc.” to aid in channeling donations that will enrich the K-12 public education experience and support at-risk children and those with medical and special needs. By focusing our efforts on improving the lives of children, we are developing a long-term commitment to investing in the communities we serve.

Our grant cycle runs annually from October through January. Check social media for up-to-date information.

“When my son was born deaf, we received a grant from a similar organization as the Foundation that supports kids with hearing loss. Being on the receiving end of a grant that gave my son the gift of sound opened my family’s eyes to how important it is to give.”

–Steve Schaub, Akron Office

“It is important for me to give back to my community, and the Foundation is a trustworthy way to do that. I’ve seen the impact it’s made on local organizations and students. Knowing we have been part of that effort is a great feeling.”

–Alissa Cobb, Atlanta Office

“It is important to allow all kids to have fun and rewarding experiences that are not dependent on their family finances or the school they attend.”

–Andi Fister, Akron Office

“Knowing firsthand what it is like to grow up with very little means so much to give back at this point in my life. Collectively, the contributions we make creates a world of difference.”

–Mark Pavlik, Cleveland Office

“The Foundation promotes and encourages the wellness of children. Through our combined efforts, I can be part of something far more impactful than I could ever do alone.”

–Steve Mullaney, Columbus Office

“My parents were educators and they instilled in me a sense of responsibility to lend a helping hand. Our Foundation is doing an amazing job of facilitating families through the day-to-day struggle. Who wouldn’t want to be part of that?”

–Chris Domer, Akron Office
